As she waves goodbye, the motifs around the china show the sailor's adventures on the high seas both above and below the waterline. The delicate pale blue linen finish of the original fabric inspiration is discernible on the tableware and finished with a stronger blue and gold line around the rim. The Sailor's Farewell Pasta Bowl allows for the light blue fabric inspired design to subtly shine against the other decorative pieces. Beautifully presented in Wedgwood's signature blue gift box, crafted in fine bone china and finished with 22 karat gold.
